Sacred Sundays

Cap off the week your way: a well-earned rest for you, and a big-flavour moment for us. Our Sunday roasts feature melt-in-your-mouth premium cuts of meats, larger-than-life Yorkies, can't-pass-up sides and don’t-hold-back proper pub gravy. All finished with a crumble that’s a cuddle-in-a-bowl and a we-should-do-this-every-week pint by the fire.

Parties & Events

With a variety of bookable tables throughout we are the perfect spot to meet with friends, family and colleagues alike. Our pub lends itself perfectly to those seeking somewhere to celebrate after work drinks, a special family occasion or even an impromptu catch up with friends.

Guinness Six Nations 2025

Rugby is a crowd-pleasing, always-on passion here (we love every tackle and try!), which is why we’ve earned our reputation for hosting a buzzing, rival-the-stadium experience and being West London's top-notch, rugby-action-packed hangout.

Our January Set Menu

Celebrate winter’s bounty with our flavour-packed, ingredient-driven January Set Menu. Featuring rich and tender West Country beef, roasted-to-perfection Bedlam Farm squash, nutty Lincolnshire Brussel tops, and just-caught South Coast mussels (a little taste of the seaside), it’s here weekdays until 31st Jan. Two courses for £18 or three for £22 (and yes, dessert is absolutely worth it).

Welcome to The Curtains Up

Our pub, a historic gem nestled in the heart of Barons Court, has been a West London favourite for decades. Originally opened in the early 20th century, our pub has long been a hub for locals and theatre-goers alike, owing to its prime location just a short walk from Barons Court and West Kensington stations. With large, light-flooded windows and a stylish-yet-cosy interior (perfect for post-show drinks or a laid-back weekend catch-up), our welcoming pub is the ultimate pit stop.

Our menu combines creative, flavour-packed seasonal dishes with can’t-pass-up traditional pub favourites, all made using the finest British ingredients (because only the best will do!). On the bar, you’ll find a selection of perfectly-kept cask ales, craft beers, deliciously-inventive cocktails, and an extensive wine list that will satisfy even the most discerning of palates. Whether you’re here for a quick pre-show drink or a leisurely evening, we are the ultimate bottle-popping, history-rich spot to enjoy the best of West London.

Michal and the team cannot wait to welcome you.
